BACKGROUND

The product to design is a responsive portfolio website for a film composer.

PROJECT GOAL

Create a responsive website that will allow the client share her works, contact and other information and attract potential clients via an easy to navigate, aesthetically appealing design.

HIGH-LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

· A Homepage that will allow the user to get a brief idea about the composer and her works.

· A Works – Video Projects page that will allow the user to familiarize themselves with the video projects of the composer.

· A Works – Autonomous Compositions page that will allow the user to listen to the composer’s audio compositions.

· A Works – Songwriting page that will introduce the user to the songwriting work samples of the composer.

· An About page that will allow the user to learn more about the composer’s biography.

· A Contact page that will offer the user a possibility to get in touch with the composer in a number of different ways.

· A header and a footer containing all the essential links available on every page.

DETAILED REQUIREMENTS

Homepage

· Brief info about the composer.

· The high-quality professional photo of the composer.

· Testimonials (optional)

· A few selected projects to give the user a taste of the composer’s style, skills and professionalism level.

Works – Video Projects

· A section with video samples of content creation projects;

· A section with video samples of film score writing extracts;

· A section with video samples of on-stage performance projects.

Works – Autonomous Compositions

· A few examples of audio compositions with thumbnail pictures (tiles) to make telling them from one another easier.

Works – Songwriting

· A brief paragraph of text telling about the composer’s contribution into the songs’ creation.

· A video-clip for one of the songs.

· A few song samples with thumbnail pictures (tiles).

About

· The composer’s bio broken into a few short sections.

· A high-quality professional photo to complete each section.

Contact

· A page containing different contact information such as phone number(s), email address, and social links.

Header

· Logo.

· Main navigation links such as Home, About, Works and Contact.

· Dropdown for the Works link containing the following links:
